Service Process

I. In-depth demand analysis and matching with existing shoe models

We start by understanding your needs, beginning with a thorough understanding of your collaboration goals, usage scenarios, target customer groups, and quantity plans to clarify the customization direction and delivery expectations. Based on this, we will select the most suitable styles from the brand's existing mature shoe library, providing professional styling advice and a feasibility explanation.
We will clearly explain the scope of customization available for each shoe (such as materials, color schemes, and detailed craftsmanship) to ensure the optimal balance between aesthetics, practicality, and feasibility, helping you make efficient product decisions.

II. Confirmation of Customized Samples, Clarification of Customizable Boundaries

Based on the shoe styles and customization details confirmed by both parties, we will initiate the sample production process to ensure that the samples accurately reflect the final delivery effect.
All customizations are based on the brand's existing shoe styles and structures, without involving the development of new shoe styles or adjustments to shoe molds, in order to ensure product stability and delivery efficiency.
After the samples are completed, we will conduct detailed confirmation and final adjustments with you to ensure that the colors, materials, and processes meet the expected standards, laying a clear basis for mass production.

III. Sign a formal contract and finalize the cooperation details.

After you confirm the sample is correct, both parties will sign a formal cooperation contract, which will clarify key terms such as shoe model, customization details, order quantity, pricing system, delivery cycle and acceptance standards, and fully protect the rights and interests of the cooperation.
After the contract is signed, please pay the deposit as agreed. Production will begin as soon as the deposit is received. The deposit is 50%, and the remaining 50% will be paid after the products are produced before shipment . All steps will be executed in accordance with the contract.

IV. Standardized production and delivery to ensure quality and timeliness.

We will strictly adhere to the contract standards and sample confirmation results in production, implementing quality control and schedule management throughout the process to ensure consistent product quality.
The overall delivery cycle will not exceed 45 days ( calculated from the date the deposit is received; for particularly complex projects, the delivery time will be discussed separately ). Multiple rounds of quality testing and finished product verification will be completed before delivery.
